We closely inspect every product to ensure it is in perfect condition and meets our high standards, and then carefully packaged before we send it out to you!

Your positive shopping experience is very important to us, and we do hope you share this experience with your friends and family. Please be sure to visit us frequently, as new products are always making an appearance.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Delivery offer on all purchases over $200. Please note that some items in our store are available only for Pick Up due to their size/ weight. If this is the case we will specify this in the item description.

We aim to keep our postage costs affordable rate for all our customers. Currently, postage is a low flat rate of $11.95 via EXPRESS Parcel Post for all orders up to $200. Orders over $200 are posted free via EXPRESS Parcel Post.  (Please note: If any individual items are returned and reduce the original order total under $200 the regular postage charge will be deducted from your refund. For information about exchanges, returns or refunds please see our Returns Policy. At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

Currently, most products will be shipped via Australia Post- we use the EXPRESS Post Satchels. Gift Box Suitcases are carefully packaged and well protected inside a rigid box. All other items purchased for delivery from our store will also be carefully packaged inside a Satchel or Parcel Post Box, whichever is most suitable. You will receive an email as soon as we have shipped your parcel along with your tracking number.

We will replace or refund a parcel that WE may have incorrectly addressed, but we are unable take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly or insufficiently provided to us by you.  

All shipping is at your risk, we cannot control what happens to parcels once they have been placed in the hands of our couriers or Australia Post. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost orders, or packages damaged in transit.

Please note we are unable to ship parts of your order to different addresses. 

Currently, delivery is within Australia Only.

Delivery will be sent via EXPRESS Post which is normally 1- 5 days, possibly longer during busy times.

All Parcels are tracked within Australia. 

When will my order be processed and posted?

Once your order is placed and confirmed via The Gifted Stork website, we will begin to process it within 2 business days.  We aim to ship your lovely items soon after they are processed.  We will contact you as soon as possible if we discover that an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any reason.  Every effort is made to ensure stock levels are correct, as we are also a physical "Storefront" stock levels can change suddenly.

Please be aware there may be a small delay for customers paying via Direct Bank Deposit as electronic payments will need to be cleared before we can ship your items, some banks can take between 24-48hrs to clear.

Your order will be processed on business days, being Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Western Australia. If you make a purchase over a weekend, we will process the order on the next business day. If there are any unforeseen delays we will notify you ASAP and offer you the option of changing or cancelling your order. Every effort will be made to ensure your order is Posted the same day it is processed providing we receive the order prior to 10am Western Australia Standard Time (12pm AEST). Otherwise it will be shipped the next Business Day.

From time to time in our busy lives we leave things to the last minute! Please notify us and we will endeavour to work some magic for you...(We get a thrill out of that...!) We may be able to process and ship immediately for you.

Special orders, Hand Crafted Items & Pre-order

We pride ourselves here at The Gifted Stork to be able to offer you beautiful items that are hard to find, hand crafted or so popular they run out the door!  This can mean that from time to time some items may take longer to make or source and may arrive separately from other items in your order.

Items purchased on Pre-Order will not be available until we receive them in store. If your order contains items in stock as well as pre-order items, your order will be dispatched as a complete order when pre-order items arrive. Please contact us should you require to have in stock items posted immediately. Additional charges may apply for seperate parcels. Alternatively please place two orders and purchase separately. 

And of course, if your order is a gift or part of a bespoke gift box we can wait until the item arrives here with us, then wrap all your items together and send them to the lucky recipient! Worth the wait? Absolutely! 

We will advise you via your preferred method of contact if this is to be the case.

Need to Change Your Order?

We understand that at times, customers may have placed an order incorrectly, or would perhaps like to add something else. Please contact us URGENTLY, and provided we have not yet shipped your item- we can most certainly help!  Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes.
